We believe our role goes beyond building homes, we create places where people thrive and contribute to a stronger, more sustainable future for the UK. Each year, we publish our socio-economic footprint, which measures the positive impact we make across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

Aligned with our Building Sustainably Framework pillars: Nature, Places, and People, the footprint demonstrates the breadth of value we deliver.

How we measure our contribution

Our footprint is calculated using our company records for homes built, jobs created, and spending. We apply standard economic models to estimate wider impacts, while sustainability and social value figures come from planning documents and recognised frameworks. Government and local authority data confirm tax and community contributions.
