Hayes Village is a major regeneration project transforming the historic site of the former Nestlé factory into a vibrant new neighbourhood.

Led by Barratt London in partnership with SEGRO, the development will deliver:

1,386 new homes
230,000 sq ft of employment space
And create at least 500 permanent jobs

Green space is central to the design, with extensive landscaping and eco-conscious infrastructure to support healthier, low-carbon living:

Heritage preservation

Iconic elements of the original factory - such as the Art Deco entrance, main staircase and south façade - will be restored and integrated into the new homes.
Historic machinery and artefacts will feature in apartment buildings.
The original canteen will be refurbished and gifted to the Council for community use.
