Centurion Village is a landmark regeneration project transforming the historic Leyland Test Track into a thriving new community.

This major development demonstrates placemaking expertise through:

  • Sensitive regeneration of a nationally significant brownfield site
  • Delivery of high levels of affordable housing to meet local needs

The development will deliver:

  • 950 new homes across the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands
  • Over 40% affordable housing including shared ownership and rent
  • Nine hectares of public open space with bridleways, cycle routes and wildlife corridors
  • £1.3 million of direct community investment
  • A new local centre and land for a primary school
