Established in September 2024, the MADE Partnership is a master developer joint venture between Barratt Redrow plc, Homes England, and Lloyds Banking Group to unlock and deliver complex, large-scale residential communities. Six developments with capacity for more than 18,000 homes are being progressed.

Godley Green Garden Village in Greater Manchester is the most advanced and, having secured outline planning consent in March 2026, is expected to start on site in early 2027, subject to detailed planning approvals. The scheme will provide up to 2,150 mixed tenure homes, a primary school, two village centres and 130 acres of accessible green space.

It demonstrates MADE’s role in creating well-planned communities supported by the infrastructure, amenities and natural environment needed to make places work for the long term.
