Dean is an experienced listed company Chief Executive with more than 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in international businesses.
He joined the Group from Ventia Pty Limited, a leading essential infrastructure services provider in Australia and New Zealand, where he served as Group Chief Executive Officer and led the business through its public listing.
Prior to this, Dean held a number of senior executive roles at Balfour Beatty plc and De La Rue plc, gaining extensive experience in complex operational businesses, strategy execution, business transformation and stakeholder engagement.

Dean brings significant leadership, operational and listed company experience, together with deep knowledge of the construction and infrastructure sectors. His track record of delivering operational performance, business transformation and long-term value creation supports the Group's strategic priorities.

Career and experience
Rebecca is an experienced finance leader with extensive listed company, commercial, international and capital markets experience. In her previous role she served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Britvic plc, with responsibility for financial strategy, performance, capital allocation and investor engagement. Prior to this, she spent 17 years at IAG plc, including as Chief Financial Officer of British Airways, where she gained significant experience in complex operational environments, transformation and strategic financial planning. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte.

Rebecca brings significant listed company, capital markets and transformation experience to Board discussions on investment priorities, financial resilience and performance. Her expertise supports disciplined capital allocation, effective integration of the enlarged Group and the maintenance of a strong balance sheet capable of supporting land investment, operational delivery and long-term growth.

Sally is an experienced people leader with a strong track record in organisational development, culture and talent management. Prior to joining the Group, she was Chief People Officer of Wincanton plc and Group HR Director of Costain Group plc. Earlier in her career, she held a number of international human resources roles with BAE Systems and Eaton Corporation.

Sally brings extensive expertise in strategic HR, organisational culture, leadership development, succession planning and workforce engagement. Career and experience
Bukky’s experience combines leadership across sustainability, strategic transformation, engineering, construction, and retail operations, bringing a distinctive blend of technical, commercial, and organisational expertise. Prior to joining the Group in 2020, she held senior roles at Tesco PLC and WSP Group plc. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Bukky also holds a master’s degree in Environmental Design and Engineering.

Career and experience
Tim has significant communications, public affairs, political and industry experience. He joined the Group in 2014 as Regional Head of Communications and became Group Head of Corporate Communications in 2016 before becoming Group Corporate Affairs Director and joining the Executive Committee in 2022. Prior to joining the Group, he served as Deputy Director of Communications at the Conservative Party, Chief of Staff to the Shadow Housing Minister and Deputy Director of External Affairs at the Home Builders Federation. Tim holds a Law degree from University College London.

Mike has extensive operational and regional leadership experience gained during more than 20 years with the Group. Having joined as a Commercial Director in 2004, he has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of KingsOak Yorkshire, Managing Director of the North East Division and Regional Managing Director for the Northern region.

Louise is an experienced legal and governance leader with more than 25 years of Executive Committee experience across the defence, security and transport sectors. She trained as a lawyer with Slaughter and May and subsequently held senior leadership roles at FirstGroup plc and Manchester Airports Group. Most recently, she served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Ultra Electronics.
