A huge well done to our 122 site managers who have won prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, more than any other homebuilder for the 22nd year in a row.

This fantastic achievement, which matches the Group’s record for awards in a single year, recognises the exceptional high quality, leadership and attention to detail demonstrated on site every day. It also reflects the dedication of our wider teams, suppliers and contractors who help deliver our homes to the highest standards.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards recognise the very best site managers across the country, following thousands of inspections and a rigorous judging process. Site managers are assessed across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.

The awards also highlight the vital role our site managers play in raising standards across the housebuilding industry. Through their leadership, they ensure much-needed new homes are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards, while also supporting their teams and mentoring assistant site managers to help develop the next generation of talent.

Earlier this year, we were also awarded a 5-star rating in the Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey for the 17th year in a row, recognising both build quality and excellence in customer care.

This latest success further reinforces our focus on quality, customer satisfaction and creating homes that people can be proud of.
