We’re celebrating not one but two sustainability awards

For the third consecutive year, we have been named in TIME’s World’s Most Sustainable Companies, reinforcing a strong and consistent track record in driving environmental progress. In addition, we have been honoured with Organisation of the Year (Built Environment & Infrastructure) at the prestigious Unlock Net Zero Awards.

These recognitions reflect a deeply embedded approach to sustainability across every aspect of our business. From reducing operational emissions to delivering low-carbon homes, we continue to prioritise environmental responsibility while collaborating closely with our supply chain partners to accelerate change across the sector.

Judges at the Unlock Net Zero Awards highlighted our industry-leading role, particularly noting its transparency, strong board-level accountability, and ambitious sustainability programme. These factors were recognised as setting a benchmark for meaningful and lasting change within the housebuilding sector.

While these accolades mark an important milestone, they also reinforce our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. We remain focused on advancing sustainable practices, delivering energy-efficient homes, and working collaboratively to drive progress across the built environment.
