We’re proud to be named in the FT’s inaugural report of the UK’s best employers.
The Financial Times and Statista have identified the top 500 companies in the UK for the first time, based on an independent survey of over 20,000 employees.
A range of factors such as employee satisfaction, workplace culture, employee benefits, and opportunities for career development were taken into consideration. After combining the survey results with extensive secondary research, the highest rated companies were awarded in the final report.
Workers were asked to give their opinions on statements about their current employer in areas including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.
