- Barratt Developments has won 92 Pride in the Job Quality awards – its second highest ever total
- 16th year in a row that Barratt has won more than every other housebuilder
This year 92 Site Managers at Barratt Developments won a coveted national award at the NHBC Pride in the Job Quality awards. The 92 awards that Barratt won this year is more than every other housebuilder for a record 16 years in a row.
Now that Barratt is back building and selling homes again, to have won so many of these prestigious awards demonstrates its absolute focus on delivering high quality homes to its customers and its industry leading standards of quality and construction.
Now in their 40th year, the Pride in the Job Quality awards are known as the “Oscars of the housebuilding industry”, with the awards recognising the best run building sites in the country. Each Site Manager is judged on a range of key criteria including health and safety, their technical knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. They are the highest accolade a Site Manager can achieve with just 450 individual winners being chosen from over 11,000 entrants.

This year is also the eleventh year in a row that Barratt has been awarded 5 Stars by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for customer satisfaction. For Barratt to be awarded 5 Stars means that more than 90% of its customers are happy to recommend their home to a friend.
