Barratt Developments wins Homebuilder of the Year at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards

Barratt Developments plc has been named Homebuilder of the Year, at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards. At a prestigious ceremony in London, Barratt London also won the Landscape Development of the Year award for its development at Fulham Riverside.

The awards are widely recognised as one of the most coveted to win, with a particular focus on showcasing design excellence in today’s new homes. In addition to the Landscape Development award, Barratt London was also commended in three further categories: Apartment Building for Great West Quarter; Affordable Housing Development for Renaissance Code Level 6 Townhouses; and Development of the Year (over 100 homes) also for Renaissance.

At Fulham Riverside the development features a vast central garden planted with native trees and box hedging where residents can explore extensive water features, a maze, outdoor gym and even enjoy a game of badminton or chess.
